Who is The Wizard
The Wiz is known to Muggles as Jack Camp. He has been involved in magic his entire life. He became interested in it when he was a
young lad in Atlanta, Georgia where he first began performing simple tricks. Several years later, a family friend introduced him to
the International Brotherhood of Magicians (I.B.M.) and their local chapter, the Georgia Magic Club (Ring 9). Jack subsequently joined
when he was fifteen and has been a member ever since that time. This year (2015) he achieved the Order of Merlin-Excalibur signifying
50 years in the organization. He also is a member of the Society of American Magicians.
During his residence in Atlanta, he served as President and Vice President of the Georgia Magic Club (I.B.M. Ring 9). He also created
that club's newsletter, "The Equinox", and served as editor for five years. Other achievements include serving on planning committees
for hosting three South Eastern Association of Magician conventions in Atlanta, performing in numerous club shows and representing
the club by performing in local hospitals as part of the David Copperfield Project Magic program.
Magical Achievements
Jack became interested in psychic readings in 1972 and has since followed a path of independent research and exploration. His studies
include the areas of the Tarot, palmistry, astrology and runes. He is proficient with numerous methods of reading including several
that he has personally designed.
Psychic Interests
Over the years Jack has developed a unique style of reading. The techniques and tools that he uses convey a ancient quality and mystical
charm. His intuition coupled with his knowledge of the subject; provide the means to quickly relate the reading to life's day to day
situations.
Jack has given hundreds of readings for individuals at private parties and corporate events, as well as being a
resident reader at the Georgia Renaissance Festival for four years.
As needed Jack's partner Suzanne assists with
readings. She is also an accomplished reader of palms and cards. Her effervescent personality and make her a welcome addition
to any event or function.
